Should you wish to return any item received from an online purchase, it is your responsibility to return it to Trend Store Physical Shop, with the original invoice and all the packaging and accessories. We will not be liable to collect the goods from you that have been delivered to you for any reason whatsoever. Trend Store will not be held responsible for any costs that may be incurred by you as a result of returning the product. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of income, loss of revenue, or any travel expenses.
1.2 Problem not covered by the warranty
Please note that the warranty will not cover the damage caused by the customer, electricity, software and broken screen. The warranty will be void if the above mentioned is the cause of the damage or if the seal is broken.
1.2 Refund
There is do refund on all clothing and electronic products like batteries and chargers. We only exchange with the product that have the same amount, if the product has a larger amount than the product you want to refund, you will have to add the balance before the product leaves our store.
Please Note: For health reasons, clothing like skin tights, underwear cannot be exchanged
